This qualification provides the skills and knowledge for participants to safely perform foundation digital literacy tasks using a personal computer and a range of software applications and digital devices.
It is an entry level qualification which introduces how to operate a personal computer, basic word processing, spreadsheet design and internet knowledge.
To obtain this qualification students must successfully complete the required assessment tasks.
