Fatigue: a feeling of constant extreme tiredness or weakness.
Fatigue can be physical, mental or a combination of both. Most adults will experience fatigue at some point in their life, with 1.5 million Australians seeing their doctor about fatigue each year. Associated with fatigue is impaired physical or cognitive functioning. Dependent on the severity of impairment individuals can be at risk of injury or illness.
Our Fatigue Management course helps to provide students with an understanding of fatigue including the signs and symptoms, causes, considerations and related consequences.
Participants will also learn practical and realistic management strategies for overcoming fatigue and improving their health.
