The Certificate IV in Business (Administration) is designed for individuals who would like to expand their existing skills and knowledge in the business administration sector, focusing on vital administration skills to add to everyday work life.
Throughout this course students will undertake activities and assessments designed to increase their communication and customer service skills such as writing business documents and referring enquiries. Expect to develop your ability to solve problems, work as part of a team, plan and organise, and manage your workload.
Students also cover training to further their understanding of Workplace Health and Safety and increase their proficiency in elements of the Microsoft Office Suite.
To obtain this qualification students must successfully complete the required assessment tasks.
