Tamworth Community College

TRAINEESHIPS

Tamworth Community College provides flexible, customised and cost effective traineeships to suit a wide range of workplaces and individuals.

At Tamworth Community College we specialise in the delivery of administration, business, human resources, management and WHS training from Certificate II through to Diploma level.

Who can be a trainee?

Our trainees come from a variety of sectors including job active providers, logistics, manufacturing, health, marketing, legal and human resources.  Trainees have the option to study qualifications from Certificate II to Diploma level, so there is a traineeship to suit every skill level.

Why traineeships?

Traineeships are an ideal way to provide employees with opportunities to learn the skills required within industry, formalise existing skills and combine the flexible delivery of nationally recognised training with everyday work.

What does a traineeship look like?

Traineeships can be undertaken part-time or full-time depending on what best suits your workplace and your employee. Trainees can elect the qualification and the units that are relevant to their needs and interests to ensure they’re getting the most out of their training.  Trainees will complete a combination of on the job training, assessments and skills recognition under the support and guidance of their dedicated trainer.
