This course is a must for those who directly handle food or food contact surfaces such as cutlery, plates and bowls during the course of their daily work activities.
This includes cooks, chefs, caterers, kitchen stewards, kitchen hands, bar, and food and beverage attendants.
During this course students will cover the skills and knowledge required to use personal hygiene practices to prevent contamination of food that might cause food-borne illnesses.
Upon successful completion of assessment task(s) students will be awarded a Statement of Attainment for unit: SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety.
Coates Hospitality Services, trading as Australian Training & Consulting (ATAC) RTO ID 90886 will be delivering, assessing and issuing Statements of Attainment to students assessed as competent for the Wednesday 9 January course.
There is no fee subsidy available for this course, the fee is $110.
