Working in cafés and restaurants involves customer service, teamwork and keeping pace in a busy environment. Understanding the role can help you decide whether hospitality is right for you.
Our fully-funded* hospitality course bundle is designed for potential workers, providing an honest look at the demands of a typical shift, the skills employers value, and the steps towards becoming industry-ready.
The bundle includes The Savvy Server, a non-accredited practical introductory course. Students will explore the realities of working on the floor, learn how their role contributes to a venue’s success and build confidence to provide friendly, efficient service.
